HOW TO PLACE AN RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?

  • Yes, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange before sending back any items.

  • You must contact us prior to dispatching a return or exchange request. We accept both returns and exchanges within a specified period. T&C*

  • All returned items must be unused and sent back in their original packaging with tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

  • Customer Need to Send back Providing address for Return/exchange on expenses . Once we receive the item, we will confirm your request and proceed with the return or exchange.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

My tracking number isn’t working

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I need help with a late order

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.

Cancellation, Return / Exchange & Refund

HOW TO PLACE AN RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?

You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and You Need to shipping back with your expenses to provided return address . As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.

In addition, order placed during any sale (eg: BOGO) which includes free products are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on:

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product. You Should Contact Us.

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Return request needs to be raised within 2 days of the delivery date.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?


For return / exchange, You Send Product on Your Expenses in provided warehouse address . It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived of and the products will be billed. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.
